I recently had the honor to sit down with Mindy Jackson, Co-Vocalist of Virginia metal band Dying Oath. After newly discovering the band and doing a review for their latest single Insomniac, I decided that I loved the band so much I wanted to know more about them. So I invited Mindy on the show, and we had an awesome chat about all things Dying Oath. We discussed the bands brief history and meteoric rise in popularity, their two currently released singles, the band's dynamic chemistry, plans for upcoming material, and Mindy's perspective on her unique voice and the changing perspectives on the role of women in metal. And if that wasn't enough, we also touched on just a few of the amazing side projects and passions that she uses to fill her already non-existent down time. This was an absolute blast of a conversation that I'm excited to share with you.
